How do I change my club?
Open your profile in the app and tap Change club. You can switch clubs once every 7 days — after changing, a cooldown applies before you can select a different team again.
When can I rate a match?
The rating window opens after a match finishes (typically around two hours after kick-off) and stays open for approximately 24 hours. You will see eligible matches under Rate now on your home screen while the window is open. Once it closes, that match can no longer be rated.
How are scores calculated?
You rate the referee on five categories — decision accuracy, card management, game flow, consistency, and communication — each on a 1–5 star scale. Your overall score for that match is the average of those five ratings. Leaderboard and referee statistics are calculated by aggregating ratings from all fans across matches.
